Liability Waiver & Release

I understand that products and services offered by Flower of Life Healing Centre support the body, mind, and soul’s natural ability to create wellness in my life.  I understand that Flower of Life Healing Centre employees and or practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  I understand that the energy healing, or any service provided by Flower of Life Healing Centre does not take the place of medical care.  It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physiological or psychological ailment I may have.  I understand that the energy healing provided by Flower of Life Healing Centre can compliment any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.  I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.  I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.  Flower of Life Healing Centre is not liable for my medical, mental, or emotional conditions before, during, or following any service provided by Flower of Life Healing Centre.

 

I take personal responsibility for my own wellbeing and with respect for myself I gratefully accept control of my choices.  My heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against, Flower of Life Healing Centre and/or any of their associates or affiliates.  I take full responsibility and am responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with Flower of Life Healing Centre and/or any of their associates or affiliates.  

 

I understand that Flower of Life Healing Centre is located on a rural property named “Siam Sanctuary” at 120 Dignams Creek Road, Dignams Creek, NSW owned by Shanti Ramana and Sol Ramana-Clarke - the “Landlords”. I understand that the property may have potential hazards including but not limited to: slipery and uneven ground upon which to walk, a natural creek with rocks and sticks in it that may pose dangers when bathing, and a “giant swing” which is potentially dangerous. I take full responsibility for any and all accidents, injury or death that may occur during my time at Siam Sanctuary. I hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against the Landlords for any and all accidents, injury and possible death.

 

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content.  I am aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between the above noted parties and myself.  I understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that I am signing this of my own free will.

 

Furthermore, I have read, understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and service refunds 

1.     EESystem sessions are to be paid for in advance. 

2.     Clients need to be ready to enter their session 5 minutes before session commences and there will be no late admissons to a session to avoid disturbing those in a session. 

3.     For regular daytime sessions and “dorm night” sessions: cancellations made before 24 hours can be rescheduled or given a full refund. 

4.     Cancellations less than 24 hours are entitled to rescheduling only, no refund. 

5.     No shows – rescheduling at the discretion of Flower of Life Healing Centre team. 

6.     For exclusive overnight sessions: Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the commencement of a session will be either refunded or rescheduled at the client’s choice. 

7.     Cancellations made less than 3 days may be rescheduled but no refund. 

8.     Flower of Life Healing Centre may, in consultation with a client, reschedule an appintment up to 24 hours in advance. 

9.     Less than 24 hours in advance, should Flower of Life Healing Centre be unable to provide a service as scheduled, then the client may receive a full refund or be rescheduled for a free session. Reasons may include electricity failure, facility becoming unsafe, unavailable, or unusable.  Unforeseen staff unavailability. 

10.  Failure of the client to acknowledge, notice or realise any stated potential benefits will not be considered grounds for a refund. 

Product returns and refunds 

1.     Products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. 

2.     Refunds or exchanges will be provided for any faulty goods at the discretion of Flower of Life Healing Centre. 

3.     Refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, may be considered at the discretion of Flower of Life Healing Centre for goods in un-used condition. 

4.     Failure of the client to acknowledge, notice or realise any stated potential benefits will not be considered grounds for refund or return. 

Whilst in the “Hemple” and onsite 

Minors and Other Dependents or Special Needs Customers 

Minors, dependents and special needs customers would need to be scheduled with a phone consultation with a Flower of Life Healing Centre team member. If a booking can be scheduled, children and special needs customers will be the responsibility of the adult or carer who scheduled the reservation. An adult must accompany all minors, dependents and special needs customers who are receiving an EE System session.  Minors, age 5 years and under are free with a paying adult and must be able to comfortably share a lounge chair, unless one is not being used. Dependant minors 6 to 18 years of age will be charged half price. Carers accompanying a special needs client are also free. Please be mindful that others in the Hemple expect a reasonably quiet and calm environment. If a child is unable to remain quiet for their session, a break outside the Hemple, supervised by an adult would be recommended. Please consider booking exclusive sessions if you think your child will disturb others.  Please talk to staff about options. 

Pets 

Pets may receive benefit from the EESystem just like humans. All pet session bookings must be done with a phone consultation. Pets are the responsibility of the person who scheduled the reservation and must be accompanied, kept on a lead, kept under control at all times and must not approach other people during the EESystem session.  Please be mindful that others in the Hemple expect a quiet and calm environment. If a pet is unable to remain quite and still for their session, they must be taken outside the Hemple, kept on a lead and return to the Hemple only when the pet is calm and quiet.  If this is not possible, then please consider booking Exclusive sessions in the future.  Please talk to staff about options. Flower of Life Healing Centre reserves the right to deny access to the Hemple for any animal.

Food and Drink 

No food is allowed in the Hemple. Please bring water or other appropriate fluids to keep hydrated. No alcohol or drugs are allowed in the Hemple other than necessary prescription medication.  It goes without saying that smoking is not permitted within the Hemple.  Refraining from consumption of drugs, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and other stimulants in the periods leading up to a session and after a session is highly recommended. 

Clothing 

Please wear clean, comfortable clothing of a nature generally accepted in public.  Should you prefer to undergo a session naked, then please talk to staff about an Exclusive appointment.  

Smells, perfumes and deodorants 

Please take steps to minimise unpleasant odours whilst in the Hemple.  This includes old work clothing, sweaty T-shirts etc. Please refrain from the using chemical perfumes and deodorants.  Some people have a sensitive sense of smell or allergies and may not be able to tolerate prolonged exposure to chemical deodorants and perfumes.  

Photos and video 

For the privacy and safety of our customers and our staff, photography and video capture of people inside and outside of the Hemple is not allowed without permission from Flower of Life Healing Centre.  Should you want images or video for publication, records, or social media, then please consult our staff for guidance.  Staff may at our discretion accommodate the request after consultation with other participants of the session. 

Mobile phones and our Quite Environment 

Customers of Flower of Life Healing Centre have an expectation of privacy and a tranquil, quiet environment. As such, please ensure all mobile phones are on silent or aeroplane mode.  Flower of Life Healing Centre usually provides meditation music through speakers.   You may use your mobile phone or other device to produce music supplied to your own headphones as long as sound is not audible to others.   

Lost or Misplaced Items 

Flower of Life Healing Centre is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal items. This includes damages or break-ins to customer vehicles while on premises.

No Guarantees 

Flower of Life Healing Centre makes no guarantees of results or improvements to health or recovery whatsoever and does not dispense medical advice. Results can vary from person to person.  Please read the disclaimer above.  

Refusal of Service 

Flower of Life Healing Centre reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason. Flower of Life Healing Centre owners and employees do not discriminate based on sex, orientation, identity, race, or religion. Everyone is welcome and loved equally.  Flower of Life Healing Centre has a zero-tolerance policy against abusive, violent and/or offensive behaviour.  Should any person exhibit such behaviour they will be asked to leave the premises and future appointment will be cancelled. 

Contact and marketing permission 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, I give Flower of Life Healing Centre permission to contact me for marketing purposes via email and or SMS from which I can unsubscribe from at any time.
